In accordance with the procedures set for the digitization of stock certificates, if a shareholder’s address, name, or other information contains Chinese characters or other characters that are not designated by the Japan Securities Depository Center (JASDEC) in the book-entry transfer system, all or part of that information will be converted into characters or katakana designated by JASDEC before it is recorded in the shareholders register. As a result, please note that an address to which shareholder notification materials are sent may be replaced by the characters specified by JASDEC.
