Exhibit Concept

Under the slogan "JUKI Smart Solutions," JUKI will introduce "CONNECT" as the exhibition concept at this year's JIAM, and will present demonstrations of "CONNECT in the supply chain" and "production systems that connect people and equipment," as well as the latest sewing machines, automatic machines We will also propose and introduce state-of-the-art sewing machines, automated machines, automated equipment, and digitalized products.
In addition, we will have an integrated exhibit across the aisle from PEGASUS SEWING MACHINE MANUFACTURING CORPORATION, with which we formed a business alliance in 2021, connected to the equipment operation network system JaNets.

KUROTO Line

The KUROTO line, which employs the cell production system to achieve high-mix low-volume production with short delivery times, will be exhibited. The use of digital sewing machines reduces de-skilling and adjustment work, AMRs automate transport work, and JaNets visualizes production and equipment operation to minimize productivity losses during product changeovers. The exhibit line will demonstrate the interactive communication of JaNets by switching production of women's pants and skirts. We will solve problems by becoming a "group of kuroto" (professionals), each of whom has professional awareness and skills.

JaNets Hanger System Line

Service Solutions

JUKI e-Learning

JUKI e-Learning, which digitizes JUKI's 80-plus years of know-how, is an "online education system" that can be taken on PCs, tablets, and other devices, enabling those involved in the sewing industry to learn everything from basic industry knowledge, basic structural knowledge for each type of sewing machine, to adjustment methods and solutions for sewing problems. The system can be taken on PCs and tablets. We hope you will take advantage of this course suitable for employee education.

JUKI ShuHaRi

JUKI-ShuHaRi is a two-in-one application: a "smartphone application" operated from a terminal and a "cloud application" connected from a PC, which displays inspection methods for various JUKI sewing machines with easy-to-understand images and comments, and stores inspection, parts replacement, adjustment results, and other data. The results of inspections, parts replacements, and adjustments are stored as data. JUKI-ShuHaRi is available free of charge, so please stop by our booth.

Parts Consultation

A wide selection of JUKI genuine parts will be introduced. Also on display will be a variety of highly convenient kit parts and specially processed kettles.
Attachment technology services that contribute to improved productivity and quality will be introduced through attachment manufacturing demonstrations and sewing demonstrations on four themes. Examples of attachment improvements will also be presented.
