This is a retrofittable optional kit to prevent the "bird's nest" at the start of sewing.
This device prevents the "bird's nest" that occurs on a bartacking sewing machine at the start of sewing. It automatically clamps the needle thread at the start of sewing and cuts excess thread with the built-in heat cutter to achieve the optimum needle thread amount. Beautiful stitches are realized by the quality improvement at the start of sewing and the effect of bird's nest prevention.
Needle thread clamping mechanism
It holds the needle thread after thread trimming and prevents the needle thread from getting caught on the back side of the fabric.

Newly adopted heat cutter can cut from thin thread to thick thread.
