Can I try sewing with the actual sewing machines?
Yes, our showroom at JUKI headquarters is open for product tours and trial sewing. Please make your reservation through the inquiry form.

Do you offer technical trainings for maintenance staff?
Yes. We offer "Sewing machine technical training seminar" and "Basics of sewing machines and stitching: Maintenance and inspection" courses. Beginners can learn from the basics. In addition, please make the best use of the app "JUKI-ShuHaRi" to support daily maintenance of your sewing machines!
Do you have a training for attachment manufacturing?
Yes. We have "Attachment seminar" where you can learn everything about attachment, from its basic knowledge to manufacturing.
Do you provide technical trainings for novice operators?
Yes. We recommend "JUKI e-learning" which you can learn online easily. JUKI's know-hows are provided with the video materials contain voice narration.
"Basics of sewing machines and stitching seminar: Stitching basic course workshop" where new operators can experience sewing machine operation and new employee training textbooks are also available for purchase.
I would like to rent sewing machines.
JUKI does not have any sewing machine rent service.
Do you offer used sewing machines?
JUKI does not offer used sewing machines or parts.
