We have updated the version of JUKI-ShuHaRi.
"JUKI-ShuHaRi" is a sewing machine inspection support system that can be used free of charge.It consists of a smartphone app and a cloud app.
Upgraded functions
We have added an information delivery function to ShuHaRi.
The information to be distributed is as follows.
1. Inspection recommendation notification
The system automatically sends a list of sewing machines that require periodic inspections at regular intervals.
This function makes it easier to inspect sewing machines that have not been inspected and to create work schedules for maintenance persons.
2. Notice in the factory
The factory manager can distribute work procedure manuals to operators and maintenance persons in the factory and can request work.
Work requests can be sent to individual assignees, and you can see when the work was performed.
Delivery information is sent to the smartphone app by push notification, so there is no chance of overlooking the notification.
