 On the main stage

[CONNECT with JUKI]
JUKI first proposed "JUKI Smart Solutions" in 2016 to create the “Smart Factory,” an automated, digitized, networked factory that visualizes and connects production. At the coming JIAM 2022, JUKI will finally be proposing solutions to connect the supply chain between apparel companies and apparel factories.

[DX (Digital Transformation) with digital sewing machines]
Digital sewing machines operating on their own are wasted potential! JUKI’s latest digital-product lineups multiply the potential of digital machines by connecting them.

 On the JUKI exhibition sections

[Knits line]
The Knits line exhibit will feature a T-shirt and polo-shirt sewing line integrating JUKI products with equipment from JUKI’s automatic machine brand JTRON and PEGASUS SEWING MACHINE MFG. CO., LTD., a solutions partner.

[Jeans line]
Two Jeans lines will be introduced, an automatic jeans sewing line and a second line integrating JUKI products with equipment from JTRON, JUKI's automatic machine brand.

[KUROTO line]
This section will introduce a cell manufacturing system that achieves high-mix, low-volume production with shortened delivery times. Visitors will also see how production can be quickly switched between ladies’ pants and skirts through two-way communication on JaNets.

[JaNets hanger system line]
JUKI proposes a hanger system line that combines parts sewing and assembly sewing processes. This line consists of a hanger system that transfers parts between processes managed by JaNets, JUKI’s integrated system for production and machine operation management.

[Pattern seamers]
Various sewing patterns will be introduced alongside an array of pattern seamers with wide-ranging functions applied in different sewing areas.

[For Japan]
This section will focus on products designed for Japan-based customers. A consultation service section will also be set up for Japanese customers with problems to solve.

[JUKI-YKK joint development]
JUKI and YKK have been jointly developing AiryString®, a breakthrough zipper with no tape, since 2017. The JUKI-YKK exhibit will be introducing AiryString® together with a new sewing machine developed to sew the new zipper onto garments.

[JaNets]
The JaNets section will propose new ways JaNets can be used to “visualize” and “connect” production, realizing two crucial features for a smart factory.

[JIN]
JUKI has created a new brand called "JIN" to develop new markets. Visitors to this section will see the JIN brand products.

[e-F@ctory]
Mitsubishi Electric Corporation is promoting the FA-IT integrated solution.
This section will demonstrate how far sewing processes are advancing by presenting a concrete example of e-F@ctory.

[Non-apparel products]
Many new products were added to JUKI’s product lineups when JUKI TECHNOSOLUTIONS CORPORATION was established in July of 2022.
Visitors will see the new items in the sections for automotive interior products, shoes, bags, and furniture and safety/cargo belts.
