The aim of the "Basic Knowledge of Sewing - Lockstitching"
The "Basic Knowledge of Sewing - Lockstitching" is focusing on the "six major elements" that make up the lockstitch seams, participants to acquire the skills to deal with sewing problems that occur in actual sewing operation.
In the preface chapter, you will learn about the six major elements that make up a seam and their role.
In Chapters 1 through 6, you will learn in detail about each of the six major elements introduced in the preface.
Chapter 1：
Learn about the effects of needle bar strokes on sewing, the role of needles, and how to deal with needle sewing problems.
Chapter 2：
Learn about the types of hooks, their effects on sewing, and how to adjust the timing and amount of oil.
Chapter 3：
Learn about the role and type of thread Taku-up and the effect of needle thread supply on sewing.
Chapter 4：
Learn about the types of feed mechanism, the effect on the sewing of the feed dog, and how to adjust the timing of the feed upper and lower cams.
