In this version upgrade, both the cloud and mobile app functionalities will be enhanced, improving work efficiency and convenience.

Major Upgrades in the New Version

Management of Sewing Machine Status

Statuses such as “In Use” or “In Storage” have been added to the application, allowing users to manage and share the usage status. This feature makes it easier to monitor equipment status, whether in use or in storage, and facilitates information sharing within the factories.

Display of recommended inspections

In order to support appropriate maintenance for the sewing machine, it displays recommended periodic inspections suggested by JUKI. This allows you to avoid missing periodic inspections, enhancing the maintenance performance of the sewing machine and reducing the risk of breakdown.

Input of Work Overview

A function has been added that allows you to enter an overview of inspections and work performed. It makes it easier to leave key points or notes for each task performed or important information, enhancing smoother information sharing and enabling prompt responses and reports.

Other Features in the New Version

■Direct Parts Replacement (Implementation of parts replacement linked to the sewing machine)

Previously, parts could not be replaced without conducting inspections; however, it is now possible to replace parts directly without the need for such inspections.

■Addition of Usage Guidelines for ShuHaRi

Links for “Instructions,” “Inspection-Supported Sewing Machines,” and “Support Page” have been added to the smartphone and cloud applications.

■Addition of Keyword Search to Cloud List Screen Filters

A keyword search function is now available on each screen of the cloud application.

■Support for Korean Language

Note

  • If you are unable to log in to the ShuHaRi Cloud App with the correct login ID and password, please reload the page or launch your browser again.
  • For the cloud application, the version is automatically upgraded, and no version upgrade operation is required. For the smartphone application, version upgrade work is required. (Latest Ver. 2.1.0) If you use an older version of the smartphone app, an upgrade message will be displayed. Follow the guidance to upgrade.
  • If the update fails, please uninstall the app and then reinstall it.
