Sewing Operator Training course
This course is designed for beginner-level sewing operators and those who want to learn the basics of sewing.
You will learn an overview of the apparel industry, the flow of apparel production, and the basic use of lockstitch/overlock sewing machine.
Basic Knowledge of Sewing
This course is designed for sewing machine maintenance staffs and Intermediate level sewing operators.
This course provides knowledge and skills to deal with sewing problems that may occur at actual sewing sites.
This course is available in four different types depending on the type of stitching.
- Lockstitching edition : Using the DDL-9000B as a subject, participants will learn about the "Six Major Elements" that make up the seams of the lock stitching.
- Overlock stitch edition : Using the MO-6700 series as the subject, participants will learn about the main adjustment points that affect the formation of seams in overlock stitch.
- Coverstitch edition : Using the MF-7500 series as the subject, participants will learn about the main adjustment points that affect the formation of seams in coverstitch.
- Double Chainstitch edition : Using the MH-481 series as the subject, participants will learn about the main adjustment points that affect the formation of seams in double chainstitch.
Managerial Training Course - Production Design
This course is designed for in charge of IE and line leaders.
