  • Improved productivity

    The AG-110 can sew up to 600 to 800 L size rings (elastic waist length of 39 cm) per hour for a productivity.

  • Color code recognition system

    The color code recognition system eliminates sewing errors by recognizing the logos on the elastic braids and identifying braids with missing logos.

  • Optical Fiber Protection Device

    An optical fiber protection device is equipped on the sewing machine head.
    If a processed elastic braid remains on the sewing table, the machine automatically stops and sounds an alarm to alert the operator.

  • Heat iron

    The elastic braid can be heat-ironed before sewing to correct distortion, etc. and prevent shrinkage.

  • Rotary stacker (6 stations)

    The rotary stacker prevents errors in the stacking of ring-processed elastic waist braids and continuously stacks up to 600 pieces with 6 stations.
