In order to able to respond swiftly and appropriately to customer requqiremnets in Japan, the head office and the SMT training center in Tokyo, the Nishi Nihon Center in Osaka, JUKI have been prepared to support customer reqests and provide a wide range of services.

Our customer support department in JUKI Corporation head office controls each regional
technical service location. It is a central brain of customer support activities and is timely updated
by the current status of ongoing service activities.
Our technical service covers Kanto area, Koshin-Etsu area, Tokai area (Shizuoka Pref.), Tohoku area, Hokkaido area.
In order that customers can view ＪＵＫＩ’s SMT products at any time, a SMT Demonstration Center has been prepared on the first floor of the Headquarters building. Here, a line-up of ＪＵＫＩ’s latest SMT machines are displayed, and component placement demonstrations and placement precision evaluations based on customers’ circuit boards, and machine demonstrations can be implemented. In addition, following customer requests, it is also possible to submit a component test report.

Nishi Nihon Center (Osaka)
The Nishi Nihon center covers Tokai area (Aichi Pref, Gifu Pref), Kinki area, Chugoku area, Hokuriku area, Shikoku area, Kyushu area based in Osaka, and provides the machine installation work, after-purchase service work.

By Midousuji line, get off “Esaka Station” and go to the North ticket gata, then go out # 1EXIT.
Travel toward the north on the Midousuji road, then turn right the “Tarumi-machi Nishi” cross-point.
