Diving into Challenges, Creating Value—
JUKI Industrial Equipment Unit Top Message for 2026
In 2026, JUKI will further clarify its unique strategy of diving into “challenging areas” that many companies tend to avoid and turning them into value. Through our continuous efforts to address challenges, we believe JUKI is steadily advancing toward its aspiration to become a Global Niche Top.
The global P&P market remains steady at approximately 15,000 units annually, with high-speed machines accounting for about 65% of the market in recent years. Rather than blindly pursuing large markets, JUKI focuses on mid-speed, multi-function solutions and post-reflow processes— niche fields that deliver strong growth potential and high added value. We aim to succeed in the critical production challenges—where optimizing the entire manufacturing line truly matters. By refining SMT and THT solutions optimized for high-mix, mid-volume production, we deliver meaningful improvements manufacturing performance.
Specifically, in the SMT process we will expand mid-scale production solutions leveraging JUKI’s Takumi Head technology of RS-2 and LX-8. In manual insertion processes, we will focus on JM series and further accelerate development toward greater automation. Furthermore, in component management processes, we enable value creation through the ISM series, delivering efficient inventory management solutions.
We believe that these challenging areas hold the greatest opportunities for growth and value creation.
Last November, at Germany’s leading international exhibition, Productronica, our new THT platform “JM-E01” was proudly recognized with the Innovation Award 2025. This groundbreaking platform represents JUKI’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions that anticipate and meet the needs of future markets. This represents one example of our sincere efforts in tackling on-site challenges being acknowledged internationally.
Moving forward, JUKI will continue to accurately anticipate evolving market needs, placing the voices of the market at the core of its development and consistently bringing to market new platforms that integrate advanced technologies to deliver genuine value worldwide.
Precisely because the market is highly competitive, JUKI finds value in tackling challenges, standing alongside those who take on them, and remaining a trusted partner at manufacturing sites.
