3. User management
3-1. Membership registration
A) Proceed to the registration screen from the following URL.
https://www.juki.co.jp/industrial_j/login/create_account_sub.php
You can also proceed to the same screen by the following operations.
Click the "Login" button at the top right of the screen.
Then click "Click here to create a new account.".
B) Enter your email address and click the "Provisional registration" button.
Please use an email address that can receive emails from us.
C) The completion screen will open, and a "user registration information" email will be sent to the registered email address.
If you do not receive the email, check the following.
- Is the registered email address correct
- Is the confirmation email classified in the spam mail folder?
If this is the case, please add the "@juki.com" domain to the safe list. You can receive the email from us normally from the next time. - If any spam filter is used, please set the permission for the "@juki.com" domain and try again.
D) Click the URL described on the email of "user registration information".
The expiration date of the URL is 24 hours.
E) Enter the required information and click the "Confirm" button.
The table below shows the description of each item.

3* | Email address | Shows the email address. It is used as your login ID. |
4* | Password | Single-byte alphanumerics and symbols are available. Enter at least 10 letters in combination with alphabets and numbers. The symbols that can be used are as follows: ,(comma),_,-,*,@,~,!,#,$,%,&,\ |
5* | Country of residence | Select your country of residence. |
6 | Postal Code | Enter your zip code. |
7 | Address | Enter your address. For the name of condominium or building, please enter in the next item. |
8 | Building name | Enter the name of condominium or building. |
9* | Company Name / Corporate Name | Enter your company name. |
10 | Department | Enter the department you belong to. |
11 | TEL | Enter your phone number. |
12* | Industry | Select your industry. |
13* | Industry2 | If you select "Sewing Factory/Manufacturer" for Industry above, select your production item. |
Please be sure to enter the items marked with "*".
F) The confirmation screen will open. Check the contents and click "Register.". If you want to correct the contents, click "Return to the input screen."
G) When the completion screen is displayed, the main registration is completed successfully.
3-2. Login
Enter the login ID and password on the screen below, and click the "Log in" button.
Normally, you are logged out automatically when the browser is closed. You can skip each login operation by marking the checkbox of "Keep me logged in".
3-3. Reset password
If you have forgotten your password, reset it here.
A) Proceed to the password reset screen from the following URL.
https://www.juki.co.jp/industrial_j/login/forgot.php
By clicking "Forgot Password" on the Log in screen, you can also proceed to the same screen.
B) Enter your registered email address and click "Send URL resetting."
C) The completion screen will open, and an email will be sent to the email address you entered with the URL for resetting.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, check the following.
- Is the registered email address correct?
- Is the confirmation email classified in the spam mail folder?
If this is the case, please add the "@juki.com" domain to the safe list. You can receive the email from us normally from the next time. - If any spam filter is used, please set the permission for the "@juki.com" domain and try again.
D) Click the URL described on the email and proceed to the password reset screen.
E) Enter the password and click the "Reset" button.
Single-byte alphanumerics and symbols are available for a password.
Enter at least 10 letters in combination with alphabets and numbers.
The symbols that can be used are as follows:
,(commA) ,_,-,*,@,~,!,#,$,%,&,\
3-4. Mypage
After logging in, you can open your own Mypage from "Mypage" at the top right of the screen. This section explains the operations that can be performed on Mypage.
1) Change user ID
You can change the email address (i.e. user ID).
If the email address you are using has changed, you can change it here.
A) Click "Change of user ID".
B) Enter the new email address (i.e. user ID) and click "Change".
C) The completion screen will open, and an email will be sent to the email address you entered with the URL for resetting.
If you do not receive the email, check the following.
- Is the registered email address correct?
- Is the confirmation email classified in the spam mail folder?
If this is the case, please add the "@juki.com" domain to the safe list. You can receive the email from us normally from the next time. - If any spam filter is used, please set the permission for the "@juki.com" domain and try again.
D) Click the URL described on the email.
E) When the completion screen is displayed, the ID has been successfully changed.
2) Change password
You can change the password.
A) Click “Change Password”.
B) Enter the new password and click “Change”.
Single-byte alphanumerics and symbols are available for a password.
Enter at least 10 letters in combination with alphabets and numbers.
The symbols that can be used are as follows:
,(comma),_,-,*,@,~,!,#,$,%,&,\
C) When the completion screen is displayed, the password has been successfully changed.
3) Changing your profile
You can change your profile.
A) Click “Change of registration details”.
B) On the profile change screen, change your profile and finally click "Confirm".
The table below shows the description of each item.

13* | Industry2 | If you select "Sewing Factory/Manufacturer" for Industry above, select your production item. |
Please be sure to enter the items marked with "*".
C) The confirmation screen will open. Click "Register."
4) Service usage status
You can check the services available in the industrial sewing machine online service.
5) Support
You can go to the Contact form.
For inquiry, it will be explained in detail in "4-1.5) Inquiry".
6) Cancel membership
If you want to unsubscribe, you can delete your membership information here. The account cannot be restored after deletion. If you want to re-register, re-register as a new member.
A) Click "Deletion of the account".
B) The confirmation screen will open. Click "Delete".
* Once deleted, it cannot be restored.
C) The confirmation screen of the browser will reappear. Click "OK".
D) When the confirmation screen appears, the deletion is complete.
3-5. CLUB-J member
1) What’s CLUB-J
A CLUB-J member is an upgrade member who can get more information than a general member. If you join the CLUB-J member, you can check the price and inventory of parts in the cart. You can also request a quote online.
* There is a screening process for joining CLUB-J. As a result of the examination, we may not be able to meet your request.
* Price display and request for quotation in the cart may not be provided depending on the region.
2) Correspondence Situation
The following is the status of the price, stock, and quote functions in the cart for CLUB-J membership.

3) How to apply
If you would like to join CLUB-J, select "Inquiry about online membership" as the inquiry type and write "Request for CLUB-J membership" as the inquiry details.
3-6. Reauthorization
For security reasons, we may need to reconfirm your e-mail address for customers who do not receive our auto-reply e-mails or e-mail newsletters.
Please follow the steps below to authenticate your e-mail address again when logging in.
Your e-mail address will be your user ID when you log in to our website. If you change your e-mail address, please change your e-mail address (user ID) from your profile page as soon as possible. Please refer to "3-4.1) Change User ID" for details on how to change your e-mail address (user ID).
A) Customers who need to re-authenticate will see this screen. Enter your e-mail address and click "Change". You can also enter the same e-mail address as you currently have.
B) The completion screen will open, and an email will be sent to the email address you entered with the URL for resetting.
If you do not receive the email, check the following.
- Is the registered email address correct?
- Is the confirmation email classified in the spam mail folder?

C) Click the URL described on the email.
D) When the completion screen is displayed, the ID has been successfully changed.
3-7. Automatic cancellation of membership
To prevent abandoned accounts, we will automatically cancel your membership if you do not log in for one year. We will notify in advance by e-mail before the automatic cancellation. If you do not wish to use the service, please cancel your membership from your profile page as soon as possible. Please refer to "3-4.6) Cancel membership" for details on how to cancel your membership.
