5-axis complex processing machine

NC milling machine

Wire electric discharge machine
This machine discharges electricity to the parts being processed in a machining fluid for precision processing. No problems occur even when the wiring is disconnected by the automatic wire connection function. Unattended operation of the machine is possible.
Laser beam machine
This machine is equipped with a two-dimensional carbon dioxide laser. Customers use it to process steel with board thicknesses ranging from 0.1 to 15 mm.
Complex lathe processing machine
This machine is used both as a conventional milling machine and NC milling machine. The machine can also perform a wide variety of processing maneuvers with a single chuck.
Surface grinding machine
The wide processing range of this machine allows it to handle small to large materials. The rich line-up of grinding stones used with the machine enable the handling of processing-resistant materials. The machine processes parts with a flatness accuracy as high as 0.005/500.
Carburizing furnace
The furnace penetrates carbon into the surface of low carbon steel and then quench it to produce high carbon steel. The surface is hard, with excellent wear resistance, while the interior remains extremely tough even in the soft state. The processing temperature ranges from 790 to 910 ℃.
Ion nitriding device
The device hardens the surface of the parts being processed by charging an N-Plus ion generated by the discharged nitrogen gas on the surface and diffusing an activated nitrogen element. The processing temperature ranges from 500 to 570 ℃.
Salt-bath furnace
After the furnace heats a salt bath (salt bus: salt-bath furnace) to fuse the salt, the parts being processed are placed into the bath and either heated or cooled. The processing temperature ranges from 830 to 850 ℃.
Black oxide tank
The tank creates one or more metallic compounds and changes coloring of the surface by inducing chemical changes in the surfaces of the metals. The tank also changes the colors of metal surfaces and improves corrosion resistance.
Mn-related bonderizing (PK-M) tank
This tank creates metallic antirust films and surfaces for painting by forming oxide films and thin films of inorganic salt on metal surfaces through chemical reactions with solutions. The tank is used for wear prevention of a sliding portion at early stages of use, corrosion protection, curable coating on the metal surface, and coloring of the surface.
Anodizing tank
This tank reinforces the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of aluminum materials. This reinforcement makes up for the demerits of aluminum material and reduces the weight of the material compared with iron.
