The newly developed presser foot optimally presses on all fabric from thin to thick. The optimal pressing timing will reduce the material flagging and skip stitches.

Prevention of skipped stitches at startup
Independently driven PF helps to form stable stitches from the start of sewing, which realizes stable thread interlocking from the 1st stitch.
Digital tension
Multiple upper thread tension data can be input into sewing pattern. Input the value into the area to be adjusted. It has a good effect on straight line as well as curve lien.
DFTH
When sewing multiple fabrics together, DFTH function will help you find the fabric placement mistakes in addition to operator’s inspection, which makes it possible to double-check the number of fabrics.
PF sensing
Material thickness detection before sewing
In addition to Poka-yoke function before sewing (DFTH), it’s possible to confirm the fabric thickness during sewing operation. PF will detect abnormal conditions comparing to the normal (=appropriate number of fabrics)
Abnormal stitch detector
In addition to operator’s inspection, sewing machine will help you discover abnormal sewing conditions (skip stitches, thread breakage). You can also confirm the number of stitches where anormal stitch occurred.

Measurement of material thickness
PF height can be automatically adjusted in accordance with fabric thickness. Conventionally required manual operation can be avoided which greatly reduces time and fatigue consumed for the PF height setting.
Digital adjustment
Adjustments where tools are conventionally needed can be made on operation panel. Once you adjusted, the data can be recorded. You can recall the memorized data when you wish.
