Various style of pockets

Applicable to sewing of breast pocket for jacket & zipper pocket

Various pocket sewing is available by using optional parts such as breast pocket mouths for jacket and zipper pocket.
(Options: breast pocket device/SA-122, zipper device/SA-125)

Automatic welt feeder

The feeder sets welt or flap on the accurate position of body parts auctomatically.
Each part is provided by the arm, so that makes it easier to set parts on accurate position compared to operator's hands. 
It also reduces the burden on operators.

Ajustable corner knives

The corner knives, which can be drawn out in the entire knife unit is adopted.
The knives are easily adjusted and can also be changed with ease.
The slim corner knife cover helps reduce material thrusting, thereby achieving material cutting with accuracy.

Corner-knife cutting adjustment

There are many different kinds of welting pockets in terms of specifications and materials. 
This can now be easily adjusted in 0.1 mm steps only through the operation panel since the corner knife comes with "computer control of the cutting position" and an "independent right- and left-blade lifting/lowering" mechanism.
This substantially reduces the adjustment time and finishes high-quality welt.

Gauge changing meachanism

Time required for setup and changing is substantially shortened by improving the mechanism

The machine is equipped with a simple gauge changing mechanism which enables the changing and adjustment of the position of the hook driving shaft saddle from the top of the bed without tilting the machine head.
The blade point stays motionless even as the hook driving shaft saddle moves, so setup changeover time can be reduced.
The position of the folding plate and needle does not change even when double-/single-welt sewing is changed over. 
This means that the folding plate does not need any adjustment.

Equal stitch-length right/left backtacking

The machine comes with an added function for equalizing the right and left backtack stitch length for the sewing of slanted pockets.
This function helps improve the quality of backtack seam.  

Auto left-flap angle detection

By pressing the automatic angle detection button on the operation panel during sewing a left flap, the two sensors can detect the flap angle to adjust the sewing starting (sewing end) position of the right  and left needles.
*It is provided as standard only on left-flap sewing, so the function on right-flap sewing would be the option.

Marking light

The irradiation position of the marking light, which indicates the beginning and end of sewing, can be set and changed on the operation panel. 
The accurate position of the pocket can be set so that the pocket position does not change between the left and right body parts.

Shim device

The device feeds a highly-frictional garment body (material fabric) sandwiched vertically between the clamp foot and shim.
（Option：SA-118NS）

Dart stretcher

This is a device that smooths wrinkles in a garment body with the edges of the material fabric clamped when sewing pockets.
The clamp would be lowered while the fabric is stretched, and the fabric is sewn as it is, resulting in a beautiful finish.
