Standard panel

The NFC-equipped LCD panel makes it easy to horizontally transfer sewing patterns and stitch adjustment values to other sewing machines using a tablet or other communication terminal.
The operation panel is also provided as standard with a USB port.
The operation panel display (operation screen, error screen, and maintenance screen) is available in a total of 15 languages, allowing operators and maintainers to select the language that best suits their needs.

Active tension

Upper thread tension can be set on the operation panel according to thread, fabric, sewing speed, etc., and the data is stored and reproduced.
In addition, the upper thread tension can be set individually at the beginning, in the middle, and at the end of sewing.

Auto-lifter

Pulse motor type automatic presser lifting mechanism is equipped as standard to reduce operator fatigue.
A two-stage stroke setting for easy positioning is available to ensure placement at the needle drop position.
When using 2-step strokes, the intermediate stop height can be set from the operation panel.

DLC hook

DLC coated hook lubricate with less oil because of the effect of improved metal surface slippage.
Also, the hook durability is improved because the burden of friction is reduced.

Bird's nest preventing

Eliminates "bird's nest" at the beginning of sewing

The thread is retained at the beginning of sewing and any excess thread is trimmed during sewing. 
As a result, the length of thread sewn in the seam is shortened, thereby achieving high-quality sewing performance while preventing thread from tangling in on the wrong side "of the material."

Shorter thread remaining

Less than 2 mm of thread remains at the end of sewing

The newly-developed shorter-thread remaining mechanism trims the thread shorter after the regular thread trimming operation. Additionally, thread waste produced by thread trimming is withdrawn by suction. Thanks to this mechanism, the trouble of manual thread nipping is avoided.

Needle thread grasping mechanism

This prevents thread loss at the beginning of sewing, skipping stitch, and stains on the upper thread, contributing to improved sewing quality.

Button clamp jaw lever

It can be attached to buttons of all sizes (up to 5 mm in thickness), from very small buttons to large buttons (Φ9~28).
You can sew on multiple button sizes without the need to replace button clamp according to size.

Button feeder

With our original horizontal forced feed mechanism, the button carrier sets a button in position so that the operation is simplified. Furthermore, operator fatigue is reduced since what operator needs to do is only setting material and pressing a pedal.
