Product features
Feed accuracy improved to 0.05mm
The feed pitch can be set in 0.05mm increments. When sewing decorative stitching, cross stitching can be accurately reproduced at intersections. The feed accuracy has been significantly improved compared to the 0.5mm feed accuracy of the PS-800.

10045 added to sewing areaWe responded to feedback that the 8045 was too short for sewing body parts and the 13085 was too large. The depth has been expanded from 80 to 100, while maintaining the 45mm depth. This makes it possible to sew body parts within the space available on the production line.
Larger vacuum now available for retrofitting
The vacuum size in the same sewing area has been increased by 1.25 to 1.3 times compared to previous models. In addition, a vacuum unit can be retrofitted even on vacuum-less models. Furthermore, a vacuum unit can now be installed on the H model as well.

Laser cutter specification added to H model
A laser cutter specification has been added to the H model. In addition to cutting, laser cutters are also used for punching holes and welding end threads. For safety reasons, the laser cutter cannot be retrofitted, so the factory specifications are used.
Optional Additions
1) Bobbin Changer
The cost-effective bobbin changer BK-11 can now be installed.
2) Needle Thread Clamping Device
By clamping the needle thread at the beginning of sewing, bird's nests are prevented at the start of sewing, ensuring a stable start to stitching.3) Dry Hook
By using a special carbon material on the lace surface, we have developed the world's first dry hook for a double-capacity, fully rotating hook. The semi-dry needle bar mechanism and oil-free hook enable completely oil-free sewing. *Please operate at a speed of 2500 sti/min or less.
Basic performance
Programmed intermediate presser foot
Prevents stitch skipping and thread breakage when sewing multi-layer sections or fabrics of different thicknesses, even when using the same sewing pattern. The bottom-dead-center position of the presser foot can be programmed for each stitch within the sewing pattern.

Automatic sewing program recognition
Scan the barcode attached to the template to call up the corresponding sewing program. With barcodes attached to the various templates, the barcode reader automatically reads the template information, resulting in smoother sewing compared to manual selection.

Active tensionThe needle thread tension can be set for each stitch according to the sewing conditions within the program. As the needle thread tension can be linked to the fabric thickness or adjusted according to the sewing direction, the program reproduces the optimal stitch quality and thread tension for any sewing application.

Fabric cutting specification
The fabric can be cut while the template remains clamped after sewing. The sewing processes after cutting, such as zipper attachment, can be performed while the fabric remains fixed to the template. This approach enables continuous processing and high-precision assembly of sewn parts.
Rotary knife
Effective for creating soft cut edges on both straight and curved sections—ideal for garment parts that come into frequent contact with the skin.

Laser cutter
Capable of cutting a wide range of designs regardless of the fabric thickness or shape. Adjust the laser output and feed speed to perform edge finishing operations such as fray prevention while the machine cuts the fabric.
Vacuum device
Makes it easy to set templates for soft knits and lightweight fabrics. "For knit products not suited to the pressing process, quality can be improved by using a vacuum device to form creases along the template before sewing. In processes such as pocket attachment to dress shirts, creases can be formed along the template before the sewing begins. Manual folding with an iron-type folding process can therefore be eliminated, for improved productivity. "
