The new High-speed Compact Modular Mounter “RX-6R” is now available

JUKI releases the high-speed compact modular mounter “RX-6R” for entire market on December 15 for contributing of footprint productivity.
The RX-6R is a high-speed model of RX-6 series machines that realizes placement tact 52,000 CPH (Optimum) and 24 % faster than past model owing to improvements such as enhancement of nozzle shaft feature and optimization of head height.

The RX-6 series have a high versatility that capable of wide component range from minimum component to large/tall components as well as large-sized PWB.
The machine dimension is 1.25 meter wide and it contributes to save footprints.
For adding the high-speed model “RX-6R” into our product lineups, it can be
capable to establish the flexible production line. Also it can be corresponding of High-volume/High mix products, as well as large changeover production to mass-production.

Our goal is to achieve streamline production with improving of SMT quality process, Productivity, Automation and keep enhancing the line solutions in the future.

Optimum tact time 52,000 CPH high component placement speed

As machine minimized footprint 1.25 meter wide, it realizes placement tact 52,000 CPH (Optimum) and 24 % faster than past model in addition to improvements such as enhancement of nozzle shaft feature and optimization of head height.

Correspond wide component range and PWB size

Machine capable of place from 0.4 mm×0.2 mm to 50 mm×50 mm square chip and maximum 20mm height by using JUKI original laser align head.
Also correspond wide range PWBs from 50 mm×50 mm to 610 mm×590 mm.
In addition, it also capable with large PWB production up to 905 mm×590 mm by two index conveyor mode(2x conveyor).

Furthermore hi-quality production(JUKI original quality improvement feature)

A wide variety of functions for enabling high quality production such as “Component Verification System (CVS),” which prevents a component from being placed at a wrong position due to incorrect components, “Coplanarity,” which measures IC component leads or ball size before placement, “Offset Placement After Solder Screen-Printing,” which recognizes a printing error, then correct component placement position, and
“Flexer unit” which corresponds to PoP placement can be added to the machine as option.
