This item is the board conveyor unit accommodating the rigid board in general, the lead frame and the like. (Option to be mounted at the factory)

Applicable board : Lead frame, Ceramic, Glass Epoxy.

This option accommodates slit board when the position of board is fixed.

■

This option is available to auto board width adjustment.

■

Make sure whether you need the support of the bottom side of board by vacuum table (customization) when you buy this option.
