There were less exhibitor companies decreased, compared with the last year, but the number of visitors showed an upward trend. During the exhibition period, we realized their high recognition of SMT and expectation of economic recovery in KOREA.

This exhibition was participated by not only KOREAn manufacturers, but Japanese, American and European ones. It featured many mounter manufactures displaying their products in KOREAn language. Owing to a higher demand for the mounters designed for flat-screen liquid crystal TVs, particular interest was shown in large PCB mounting machines.

Our agency, HANJU, exhibited the High-Speed Chip Mounter KE-2070, High-Speed Flexible Mounter KE-2080 and High-Speed Modular Mounter FX-1R. The KOREAn market has been polarized into the less inexpensive locally-made mounters and higher-productivity foreign-made ones. We will market new models meeting the customers’ needs to further expand our market.
