Our company participated in “IPC APEX EXPO 2010” held in Las Vegas, US from April 6 (Tuesday) to 8 (Thursday).

The number of visitors surpassed that of last year, reaching 6,683, and the show presented a grand scene. JUKI (JAS Inc.) had the biggest booth among the chip placer manufacturers, introducing seven types of chip placers which were headed by the high-speed one “FX-3XL (simultaneous electric and mechanical tape feeder specification)” and new products.

In addition, JUKI introduced its new evolution concept “3E EVOLUTION” by video with four large screens, evoking great sympathy among customers.
Compared with last year, customers visiting JUKI booth increased a lot. Besides the new product “FX-3XL”, the new product “JX-100 LED”, which met the rocketing demand of LED production, also received positive comment.
