Outstanding strategies and systems for customer interface are an essential part of JUKI’s current program to grow. On the technical level we continue to strengthen our capabilities in the fields in which we already excel, such as the SMT Systems business, based on industrial sewing machine technology. From the business perspective, we continue to reform our group-wide structure to synergize our collective prowess in manufacturing.

The driving forces behind these activities can be summed up in two of our corporate slogans: “Mind & Technology” and “Customer Comes First.” JUKI offers products and services from the customer’s point of view as a “partner for joint creation” who learns from the customer and creates new values with the customer. Henceforth we will continue to promote corporate management with an emphasis on quality, contribution to world industries, and the happiness of humankind, while providing our customers with the rewarding and attractive products.
